We currently ship within Slovakia only. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Products must not be expired or damaged due to customer handling
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective
